How Do I Reset My Password?

You have the ability to change your password anytime – even if you’ve forgotten it.

Updating a Password

Follow these instructions if you know your current password, but want to change it:

  1. Log in using your current username and password.
  2. Click the Login Information link.

    The Login Information page appears.

  3. Click the Update button under the password section.

    The Update Password page appears.

  4. In the Current password field, enter your current password.
  5. In the New password field, enter your new password.
  6. In the Confirm new password field, re-enter your new password, and click the Save button.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you’ve forgotten your password and need to reset it, there are two ways to do so – online, or on the phone.

Online

Follow these instructions if you've forgotten your password and need to reset it:

  1. On the home page (ACCESS MY PLAN), under the Username and Password fields, enter your username and click Log In
  2. Click on Forgot your username/password.

    Note: If you have not previously provided an email address or have not set up security questions for the password reset process, you will not be able to reset your password online. Please contact us to reset your password.
  3. Enter the answers to the security questions, and click the Next button.
  4. In the New password field, enter your new password.
  5. In the Confirm new password field, re-enter your new password, and click the Next button.

On the phone
